1. Using this website
This website and parent portal are operated by Progressive Childcare Centre. By using them you accept these terms. Information on the website is provided in good faith and may change without notice.
2. Online applications
Submitting an online application does not guarantee admission. Places are allocated subject to class capacity, document verification and our admissions policy. You confirm that information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit the child's details.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Enrolment
Once an application is approved, enrolment is subject to our enrolment contract, fee policy and code of conduct, which are provided during the admission process. Fees are payable monthly in advance.
5. Documents
Uploaded documents must be genuine and legible. Submitting fraudulent documents may result in immediate cancellation of the application or enrolment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' information, or interfere with the system's security or availability.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the platform available and accurate, but provide it "as is" and are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
