School readiness & CAPS
Indicative budget: R40,000 - R80,000
Teaching resources, practitioner training and child-development assessment for school readiness.
Practitioner development
Indicative budget: R30,000 - R60,000
Advanced ECD and CAPS training, mentorship and classroom-quality assessment tools.
Infrastructure & safety
Indicative budget: R100,000 - R300,000
Improved classrooms, ventilation, natural light, outdoor safety and water-saving facilities.
Food security garden
Indicative budget: R25,000 - R50,000
A learning garden supplying fresh produce, nutrition education and practical NCF activities.
Learner transport support
Indicative budget: R80,000 - R200,000
Safe transport, subsidised seats and improved attendance for children in outlying rural areas.
Uniforms and shoes

Restore dignity, belonging and attendance by removing practical clothing barriers.
Community outreach
